Compromise is good. :-) Jim (or Ray) should never say 'lift' when they mean 'elevator'. But I cling to the privilege of writing that 'blue is a good colour on Blair and red is a good colour on Fraser'. Or I would if I wrote DS.

And if anyone ever writes something set in NZ, let's not forget that only foreigners forget the 'the' when referring to the North Island and the South Island...
